抗干擾處理
? ? 工業(yè)現(xiàn)場的環(huán)境比較惡劣，存在著許多高低頻干擾。這些干擾一般是通過與現(xiàn)場設(shè)備相連的電纜引入PLC的。除了接地措施外，在電纜的設(shè)計(jì)選擇和敷設(shè)施工中，應(yīng)注意采取一些抗干擾措施：
? ? 1.模擬量信號屬于小信號，極易受到外界干擾的影響，應(yīng)選用雙層屏蔽電纜；高速脈沖信號（如脈沖傳感器、計(jì)數(shù)碼盤等）應(yīng)選用屏蔽電纜，既防止外來的干擾，也防止高速脈沖信號對低電平信號的干擾；
? ? 2.PLC之間的通信電纜頻率較高，一般應(yīng)選用廠家提供的電纜，在要求不高的情況下，可以選用帶屏蔽的雙絞線電纜；
? ? 3.模擬信號線、直流信號線不能與交流信號線在同一線槽內(nèi)走線；
? ? 4.控制柜內(nèi)引入引出的屏蔽電纜必須接地，應(yīng)不經(jīng)過接線端子直接與設(shè)備相連；
? ? 5.交流信號、直流信號和模擬信號不能共用一根電纜，動力電纜應(yīng)與信號電纜分開敷設(shè)；
? ? 6.在現(xiàn)場維護(hù)時(shí)，解決干擾的方法有：對受干擾的線路采用屏蔽線纜，重新敷設(shè)；在程序中加入抗干擾濾波代碼。
標(biāo)記輸入輸出，方便檢修
? ? PLC控制著一個(gè)復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)，所能看到的是上下兩排錯開的輸入輸出繼電器接線端子、對應(yīng)的指示燈及PLC編號，就像一塊有數(shù)十只腳的集成電路。任何一個(gè)人如果不看原理圖來檢修故障設(shè)備，會束手無策，查找故障的速度會特別慢。
? ? 鑒于這種情況，我們根據(jù)電氣原理圖繪制一張表格，貼在設(shè)備的控制臺或控制柜上，標(biāo)明每個(gè)PLC輸入輸出端子編號與之相對應(yīng)的電器符號，中文名稱，即類似集成電路各管腳的功能說明。
? ? 有了這張輸入輸出表格，對于了解操作過程或熟悉本設(shè)備梯形圖的電工就可以展開檢修了。但對于那些對操作過程不熟悉，不會看梯形圖的電工來說，就需要再繪制一張表格：PLC輸入輸出邏輯功能表。該表實(shí)際說明了大部分操作過程中輸入回路（觸發(fā)元件、關(guān)聯(lián)元件）和輸出回路（執(zhí)行元件）的邏輯對應(yīng)關(guān)系。
? ? 實(shí)踐證明如果你能熟練利用輸入輸出對應(yīng)表及輸入輸出邏輯功能表，檢修電氣故障，不帶圖紙，也能輕松自如。

先介紹幾點(diǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
1、先通讀一遍“系統(tǒng)手冊”（不管能不能看懂，先了解個(gè)大概，以便學(xué)習(xí)編程時(shí)查找）；
2、由位控邏輯入手，逐漸增加定時(shí)、計(jì)數(shù)等條件，把或、與、非關(guān)系理順；
3、進(jìn)而練習(xí)整數(shù)運(yùn)算、實(shí)數(shù)運(yùn)算、類型轉(zhuǎn)換；
4、量程轉(zhuǎn)換、PID調(diào)節(jié)回路的建立及P、I、D參數(shù)的理解（最好是有個(gè)物理回路驗(yàn)證，比如變頻器+電機(jī)+測速傳感器）；
5、循環(huán)、順序、跳轉(zhuǎn)等程序控制（盡量避免跳轉(zhuǎn)，非跳不可時(shí)也是跳的越近越好）；
6、中斷、通訊、位置控制....

本人以ABB工業(yè)機(jī)器人配件DSQC系列和Motorola MVME系列，GE 卡件 模塊 驅(qū)動器系列為主攻。各位電工朋友可根據(jù)自己的條件選擇適合自己的PLC品牌，由于PLC的基本框架大同小異，學(xué)會一種至于其它的學(xué)習(xí)起來也就簡單了。
