現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線技術(shù)是在80年代后期發(fā)展起來的一種先進(jìn)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工業(yè)控制技術(shù),它綜合了數(shù)字通信技術(shù)、計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、自動(dòng)控制技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)和智能儀表等多種技術(shù)手段,從根本上突破了傳統(tǒng)的“點(diǎn)對(duì)點(diǎn)”式的模擬信號(hào)或數(shù)字一模擬信號(hào)控制的局限性,構(gòu)成一種全分散、全數(shù)字化、智能、雙向、互連、多變量、多接點(diǎn)的通信與控制系統(tǒng)?,F(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線則是連接智能現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備和自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的數(shù)字式、雙向傳輸、多分支結(jié)構(gòu)的通信網(wǎng)絡(luò),其基礎(chǔ)是智能儀表。分散在各個(gè)工業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的智能儀表通過數(shù)字現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線連為一體,并與控制室中的控制器和監(jiān)視器一起共同構(gòu)成現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線控制系統(tǒng)(Fieldbus Control System,F(xiàn)CS)。通過遵循一定的國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn),可以將不同廠商的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線產(chǎn)品集成在同一套FCS中,具有互換性和互操作性。FCS把傳統(tǒng)DCS的控制功能進(jìn)一步下放到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)智能儀表,由現(xiàn)場(chǎng)智能儀表完成數(shù)據(jù)采集、數(shù)據(jù)處理、控制運(yùn)算和數(shù)據(jù)輸出等功能?,F(xiàn)場(chǎng)儀表的數(shù)據(jù)(包括采集的數(shù)據(jù)和診斷數(shù)據(jù))通過現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線傳到控制室的控制設(shè)備上,控制室的控制設(shè)備用來監(jiān)視各個(gè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)儀表的運(yùn)行狀態(tài),保存各智能儀表上傳的數(shù)據(jù),同時(shí)完成少量現(xiàn)場(chǎng)儀表無法完成的高級(jí)控制功能。另外,F(xiàn)CS還可通過網(wǎng)關(guān)和企業(yè)的上級(jí)管理網(wǎng)絡(luò)相連,以便企業(yè)管理者掌握第一手資料,為決策提供依據(jù)。所以現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線具有以下突出特點(diǎn)

系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)的高度分散性現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備本身屬于智能化設(shè)備,具有獨(dú)立自動(dòng)控制的基本功能,從而從根本上改變了DCS的集中與分散相結(jié)合的體系結(jié)構(gòu),形成了一種全新的分布式控制系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了控制功能的徹底分散,提高了控制系統(tǒng)的可靠性,簡(jiǎn)化了控制系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)。現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線與上一級(jí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)斷開后仍可維持底層設(shè)備的獨(dú)立正常運(yùn)行,其智能程度大大加強(qiáng)?,F(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備的高度智能化
傳統(tǒng)的DCS使用相對(duì)集中的控制站,其控制站由CPU單元和輸入/輸出單元等組成?,F(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線控制系統(tǒng)則將DCS的控制站功能徹底分散到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)控制設(shè)備,僅靠現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線設(shè)備就可以實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)控制的基本功能,如數(shù)據(jù)采集與補(bǔ)償、PID運(yùn)算和控制、設(shè)備自校驗(yàn)和自診斷等功能。系統(tǒng)的操作員可以在控制室實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控,設(shè)定或調(diào)整現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備的運(yùn)行參數(shù),還能借助現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備的自診斷功能對(duì)故障進(jìn)行定位和診斷。

先介紹幾點(diǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
1、先通讀一遍“系統(tǒng)手冊(cè)”(不管能不能看懂,先了解個(gè)大概,以便學(xué)習(xí)編程時(shí)查找);
2、由位控邏輯入手,逐漸增加定時(shí)、計(jì)數(shù)等條件,把或、與、非關(guān)系理順;
3、進(jìn)而練習(xí)整數(shù)運(yùn)算、實(shí)數(shù)運(yùn)算、類型轉(zhuǎn)換;
4、量程轉(zhuǎn)換、PID調(diào)節(jié)回路的建立及P、I、D參數(shù)的理解(最好是有個(gè)物理回路驗(yàn)證,比如變頻器+電機(jī)+測(cè)速傳感器);
5、循環(huán)、順序、跳轉(zhuǎn)等程序控制(盡量避免跳轉(zhuǎn),非跳不可時(shí)也是跳的越近越好);
6、中斷、通訊、位置控制....

本人以ABB工業(yè)機(jī)器人配件DSQC系列和Motorola MVME系列,GE 卡件 模塊 驅(qū)動(dòng)器系列為主攻。各位電工朋友可根據(jù)自己的條件選擇適合自己的PLC品牌,由于PLC的基本框架大同小異,學(xué)會(huì)一種至于其它的學(xué)習(xí)起來也就簡(jiǎn)單了。
