我國(guó)北方地區(qū)冬季目前普遍采用集中供暖方式進(jìn)行供熱。因此，各換熱站現(xiàn)場(chǎng)參數(shù)的采集、調(diào)度室與各換熱站的數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)時(shí)通訊就顯得至關(guān)重要。在這里，本文提出一種先進(jìn)的無(wú)線監(jiān)控方案：各換熱站中安裝北京和利時(shí)系統(tǒng)工程股份有限公司的HOLLiAS-PLCG5完成對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)參數(shù)采集、設(shè)備控制，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)HOLLiAS-PLCG5通過(guò)GPRS網(wǎng)絡(luò)與調(diào)度中心控制計(jì)算機(jī)建立可靠、穩(wěn)定的通訊，在調(diào)度中心可對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)所有換熱站完成監(jiān)視、控制。

?我國(guó)北方地區(qū)冬季目前普遍采用集中供暖方式進(jìn)行供熱。熱電廠通過(guò)城市高溫供熱管道將熱水送至各居民小區(qū)、企業(yè)中的換熱站。在換熱站，高溫管道（以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)一次網(wǎng)）中的熱水與進(jìn)居室暖氣片（以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)二次網(wǎng)）的熱水通過(guò)換熱器交換熱量。經(jīng)過(guò)換熱后，二次網(wǎng)中熱水流入各居室中。
? ? 在以上過(guò)程中，供熱調(diào)度部門(mén)需要對(duì)分散在不同地理位置換熱站中溫度、壓力、流量、液位等參數(shù)集中實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)視，控制換熱站中各設(shè)備的運(yùn)行。同時(shí)，根據(jù)從現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)測(cè)到的各換熱站運(yùn)行參數(shù)，調(diào)節(jié)熱電廠運(yùn)行工況，保證冬季整個(gè)供暖的穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。

先介紹幾點(diǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
1、先通讀一遍“系統(tǒng)手冊(cè)”（不管能不能看懂，先了解個(gè)大概，以便學(xué)習(xí)編程時(shí)查找）；
2、由位控邏輯入手，逐漸增加定時(shí)、計(jì)數(shù)等條件，把或、與、非關(guān)系理順；
3、進(jìn)而練習(xí)整數(shù)運(yùn)算、實(shí)數(shù)運(yùn)算、類(lèi)型轉(zhuǎn)換；
4、量程轉(zhuǎn)換、PID調(diào)節(jié)回路的建立及P、I、D參數(shù)的理解（最好是有個(gè)物理回路驗(yàn)證，比如變頻器+電機(jī)+測(cè)速傳感器）；
5、循環(huán)、順序、跳轉(zhuǎn)等程序控制（盡量避免跳轉(zhuǎn)，非跳不可時(shí)也是跳的越近越好）；
6、中斷、通訊、位置控制....

本人以ABB工業(yè)機(jī)器人配件DSQC系列和Motorola MVME系列，GE 卡件 模塊 驅(qū)動(dòng)器系列為主攻。各位電工朋友可根據(jù)自己的條件選擇適合自己的PLC品牌，由于PLC的基本框架大同小異，學(xué)會(huì)一種至于其它的學(xué)習(xí)起來(lái)也就簡(jiǎn)單了。
